The Eastern Mediterranean region is a place where worlds continuously collide. Amidst the beauty of this land, there are immense human needs. Many people here — men, women and children — struggle to make it by and live without hope. Many have to flee their lands, only to live in poverty, deal with trauma, and face uncertain futures. We are heartbroken by this. Hellenic Ministries responds through the love of Christ to restore people's sense of dignity and value. Through the provision of relief and compassion, healthcare, education, and marketplace-training, our heart is to cultivate Christ-centered communities that will then proclaim the hope and life of Jesus Christ across Greece, in the Eastern Mediterranean region, and then around the world.
